I’ve actually had the designation for many years and use it almost every day. This ensures that my Buyers are are equally represented throughout the Buying process from the moment we meet, through a clean closing. and ending with a strong lifetime friendship.
Buyers did not have this legislation to protect themselves until the early 1990’s. Even though ABR laws have been in effect for some 40 years, today many home Buyers remain unaware of the leverage gained by having their side of the transaction fully represented. My firm makes a Buyers Representation Service available to every Home Buyer we encounter.
